Russ's daughter Jennie and her family came to visit in June 2010. We took them on the ferry and went through Whidbey Island to Deception Pass. We had a great time.

Northwest Writers Retreat

It was a beautiful setting and a wonderful experience working with the other LDS women writers in ANWA. I am grateful for my association with these sisters and for learning more about writing. When the clouds cleared it took my breath away. We were at Rosario Beach near Deception Pass.

Fall is here, and I love it. My favorite time of year! I really love the different colors of the trees and harvest time. You start to realize the holidays are upon us which usually means happy memories to be made.

Russ and I drove up to Bellingham yesterday for a company BBQ and on the way we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and noticed the trees were starting to turn. We had a great time at the BBQ and got to know my new associates better. After the BBQ, we went to Semiamo and met my sister Cindy. I assisted her as she took pictures of 2 high school seniors. She is so talented and I love watching and learning from her.

My goals this fall:

Carve a pumpkin!

Continue losing weight on Ideal Protein.

Serve in the Temple more frequently.
